Oriental Building Bag

Back in the 30s, it was known as the tallest building in KL. Now its overshadowed by much taller buildings surrounding it. Designed by Arthur Oakley Coltman, known for other art deco buildings such as Odeon, Wisma Ekran, etc. The characteristics that defined the art deco elements back then were the slim windows and flag pole. Le Corbusier highlighted Oriental Building as an art deco building in his journal. Though its close to a decade old, the building still looks majestic, doesnt it?
