Baju Kedah Masjid Jamek

One of A.B Hubback's masterpieces, Masjid Jamek was built in 1909 by the Selangor Public Works Department. Moorish architecture or " Mahometan Style" was the inspiration of the design, prior to being involved with the Sultan Abdul Samad building, Upon entering the mosque, a series of colonnades greet worshippers  and visitors alike, creating a humbling and calming experience.
