Arlene House, also known as the Kapitan Chung Thye Phin Building or Phin Kee Chan, is a significant historical and cultural site in Ipoh, Malaysia. Constructed in 1905 by Kapitan Chung Thye Phin, a notable tin miner and the last Kapitan China of Perak and Malaya. Today, Arlene House stands as a heritage, history, culture, and art edutainment gallery cum museum.
